Nothing special about it. Only the fact that I paid a very good price for something that isn't with a good price at Walmart or other stores.

This brush has 2 heads. A round One that rotates and an elongated one that vibrates side-to-side. Cleaning every surface thoroughly.

Oral B really needs to get the word out that these are adapatable for several of thier brushes. These are great!
