Just wanted to warn prospective buyers not to buy this item. It is a very poor imitation and the head did not even last for a Month!! Better buy the original from Wal-Mart, even if it is expensive because that lasts!!

I don't want to rate even one star..... I bought a package of four brushes, and have used two. The brush heads fell apart after a very short period of time. If only the first fell apart, we can say it is an "accident". But what can we say if the second also fell apart even just after half a month?! I have to write this review here... And I will never buy this product from here again.

everyone of the brush heads fell apart after a week's use i am lucky that i did not swallow the pin which seperated from the back of the brush head obviously these are damaged goods being sold as good

I totally agree with the other reviewer - I seriously doubt these are legitimate Oral-B replacement heads. After one week of use the head becomes lose, pinches lips, tongue and gums, very noisy, excessive vibration. Defective or knock-offs?

Every one of these Oral B refill heads has broken in two weeks or less, making this a very expensive "bargain". These are not of the quality of the Oral B refills you can buy in a store. Zero stars!

Very happy with the purchase. although it did not arrive in the fancy plastic enclosure, but each brush was in its small plastic pouch, but if you consider the savings, (1/2 the price of COSTCO) you can't beat it.

Product arrived fasted than expected and in perfect condition. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

I ordered these brushes after another Amazon supplier sent only three brushes for the same price after advertising nine. I was told the advertisement was an error. I had to return the three and eventually received a refund. In the meantime I ordered two six-packs and was delighted to receive two seven-packs for the same price. These are genuine Oral-B brushes, each individually sealed, on a multi-pack. The service was great, the price was right (excellent value, in fact, compared to store-bought and most other internet sales sites) and I couldn't be happier.

I have been using my Oral B powerbrush for over 5 years so i've been through many bristle/head packages. The units shipped by this merchant have all the signs of being counterfeit: * the 'indicator bristles' should gradually lose their blue color over time... THEY DON'T * 3 out of 5 heads stopped oscillating after 2 weeks... they should last 3 months * the brush heads also failed to produce the 3D action * my gums started bleeding while using these brushes... that never happened before and stopped after i stopped using * the brushheads pinched the inside of my mouth, which never happens with the genuine ones the first tell-tale sign was that the merchant included two packs of 4 brushes instead of the 6-pack listed... while the packaging is made to imitate the genuine product packaging, the actual brushes don't measure up (and may actually do harm to your gums) my recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT AND MERCHANT (Mr. Bargain) (even if the merchant is well intentioned, they are reselling counterfeit merchandise)

The packaging did not resemble that in the picture, but the item appears to be the same.
