Love the color coding on the bristles - nothing I like better than not having to remember when I started using my toothbrush.

Not much I can say here. I mean if you've already had the electric toothbrush, you already know the Oral-B heads are the best thing for it. These are it.

Having bought online, more than once, cheap knock-offs of the Oral-B replacement brush heads (packaged and advertised as if they were the real thing), I can say that it is worth the extra money to get the real thing. The cheap knock-offs break within a few weeks; the real thing lasts until it is worn out on the bristles. This one is the real thing. But in case they use this review for the cheap knock-off, too, consider before buying: if the price is too good to be true, don't buy it.

I have been using my Oral B powerbrush for over 5 years so i've been through many bristle/head packages. The units shipped by this merchant have all the signs of being counterfeit: * the 'indicator bristles' should gradually lose their blue color over time... THEY DON'T * 3 out of 5 heads stopped oscillating after 2 weeks... they should last 3 months * the brush heads also failed to produce the 3D action * my gums started bleeding while using these brushes... that never happened before and stopped after i stopped using * the brushheads pinched the inside of my mouth, which never happens with the genuine ones the first tell-tale sign was that the merchant included two packs of 4 brushes instead of the 6-pack listed... while the packaging is made to imitate the genuine product packaging, the actual brushes don't measure up (and may actually do harm to your gums) my recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT AND MERCHANT (Mr. Bargain) (even if the merchant is well intentioned, they are reselling counterfeit merchandise)

The packaging did not resemble that in the picture, but the item appears to be the same.

BEWARE:FAKE! These toothbrush heads are fakes. They have different markings. The internal shaft is shorter, and they do not work as well as the real ones. The bristles wore out in two days.

I've been using this product for over 10 years and my dentist often comments on how clean my teeth are. I've tried other brushes like SonicCare and they just don't clean the entire tooth like this does. The shape of this brush is perfect for cleaning each individual tooth and getting behind and backside (area where hygenist spends the most time scrapping...). It is as close to a dentist chair cleaning you will get. That coupled with Mentadent toothpaste - keep my teeth super white!

The oral b power brushes have replaced all of our brushes in our family. My boys use them and their teeth look whiter. I have been using it for over a year now and my dental hygienist was shocked at how clean my teeth were at my regular cleaning. Highly recommend the brush and its replacement heads, they are way cheaper than the expensive brushes and work just as well.
