I used toothpaste for sensitive teeth and never saw any improvement. My dentist suggested I try MI Paste. I've been using it religiously ever since. I can now enjoy cold or hot food and drink without that initial spasm of pain. I highly recommend it.

I agree with everyone else - this is a great product. My dentist recommended it a few years ago. Within a few days of usage I noticed an immediate difference in my sensitivity to hold and cold food and drinks. My teeth were so sensitive at times I hurt if I touched them or chew gum. Not any more. My dentist's office sells this for $25 a tube, so the Amazon price is great!

i was recommended this product to help with sensitivity while whitening. i used it after whitening everyday for the two weeks i whitened. i had only a little sensitivity during that time. i was so worried that my teeth would be sensitive that i was a little afraid to whiten. this worked so well, like i said i only experienced a little sensitivity. it really does work. i recommend MI Paste Plus to anyone who wants to whiten and not have to worry about the sensitivity. it, also, tastes great too.

I have had sensitive teeth for many years and Sensodyne didn't really help much. My doctor gave me a tube of MI Paste Plus, and after using it nightly for a couple of weeks my teeth are no longer sensitive. I can now eat ice cream and drink ice water without having to try to keep it away from my teeth and with absolutely no pain.

Good product! It was recommended by my dentist for "sensitve" teeth. After 1 week of every other day usage at night before bed, I noticed a marked improvement in my sensitivity to cold and hot food and drink.
