The Waterpic seems to be a five-star so far. I have used it about one month. Getting use to the release button where it is located was a little tricky for me. I released the utensil that was in place a couple of times in error but have mastered that now. Some of the poorer reviews mentioned leaking or the hose coming loose. That has not happened to me at all. When I last used a Waterpic was several years ago until this one. The older models in my opinion were easier to use in that the it was a square design tank that one could handle easier. With that said new models always change and one has to adapt. Overall I would recommend this product.I usually add just a little mouthwash to the water before I start the Waterpick. That makes the water taste good and leaves your mouth fresh.

I ordered this aid/device at the recommendation of my dentist. It is a very good supplement to regular brushing and flossing. Of equal importance was the very good pricing and timely shipping through Amazon. This adds to the ease of Internet shopping.

This machine, while supposedly having all the bells and whistles, also has a little sticker on the underside, near the motor, stating that it cannot be used for more than 5 minutes per 2 hours! That means that if there are more than 2 people who want to use this machine, for example, before you go to bed, the machine will turn off because of overheating! The company obviously knows that the motor is insufficient for usage, hence the sticker. Save your money, and do not buy this machine.

I used to floss with floss but this is so much easier with water, I use it about 3 times a day and will say it's simple to use and a good way to floss highly recommend-you'll save money on the dentist bills-thanks

I ordered this in place of a nasal irrigation system because it was less expensive and my doctor said it would work just as well. He was right. It flushes my nasal passages and is kind of fun to use. I would have given it a five, but I was hoping the flush of water could be continuous rather than a constant pulsation. I am still very please with buying it.

I'm so glad my old Waterpik wore out so I had to buy a new one! This house model is better in so many ways: 1. smaller footprint, 2. much better design (you don't have to adjust the lid to fit the mouth tools down into the holder, there's a holder for the handle thingie that also stores the cord, the mouth tools store in the lid!), 3. it's prettier! (blue tank, nicer shape), 4. comes with one of every tool you could dream of, 5. less noisy, 6. water flows immediately without lots of jiggling of the tank. I use this one much more than the previous one because it's so handy to use! About time they redesigned it--my old one looked exactly like the one my parents used in the 70's and was so clunky and awkward and annoying. Great tool for anyone with any gum problems (and braces). My only reservation is that the high setting seems a tiny bit less strong than the old one. But it might just be that my gums are healthier now and so they hurt less when I use it! Haven't tried the portable one yet, but...what a deal to get both together!

Was pleased with the price, shipment and quality of the product. I use it everyday and it does the job of tooth and gum renewal.

I bought this product because I recently had braces applied. Very disappointed with the travel pik. I needed to recharge after just two times of use. Not enough power and the head would spin so I couldn't clean between teeth. The tabletop is alright except you have to clean the cord after each use because the water runs all over.Very messy.

Shipping was as timely as promised. I have not used the cordless unit yet, but have used the corded one. I have not gotten to the highest level yet,. using about a level 4. The unit works as advertized, cleaning out all debris from around my implants and natural teeth. AFter use, my teeth feel like I just had them cleaned at the dentist.

The quality of Waterpick seems to go down each time they release a new model. This one is so week that I am going to take it back to the store. I wish they would put out one good quality product even if it cost more money. I am going to try a different company because every time I buy a waterpick it only lasts a few months if I am lucky. The first few waterpicks I had were great quality with adjustable motors which allowed you to adjust to the power level as you needed, unfortunately it has been around twenty years since they have offered anything like that. The quality is so bad I am reluctant to buy anything made by Waterpic and am always disappointed when I do.

My husband unfortunately has peridontal disease. His peridontist prescribed the WaterPik pro to control the disease some time ago. He uses it daily and I'm sure it has saved pulling the remainder of his teeth. He is eighty years old and still eats corn on the cob!
